    I have been trying to download photopass photos for the last week and the app is not working. Download does not begin. Are park closures affecting any other areas of operation, such as photopass servers?

    Thanks for sending your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with downloading your photos on your My Disney Experience App. I just checked mine and was able to download photos from my trip at the beginning of the month. I also check by logging in to My Disney Experience on my computer and was also able to download my pictures.

    I would recommend that you check that your mobile app version is up to date, as that can cause issues. If you continue to experience issues, you may want to speak with a Cast Member to correct the issue. The number for WDW website support is 1 (407) 939-4357. I called them a few weeks ago when I needed assistance with My Disney Experience and the Cast Member was very helpful. They will ask you for your information and will go into your account to correct any issues. Hope this helps!
