I am trying to download all of my memory makerr photos to my computer, it only gives me the option to download one by one. How do I download them all at once? I did see an answer given online but the steps are not an option available to me.

    Hiya Rachel!

Thank you for sending us this magical question, and welcome to planDisney! I am so glad you decided to use the Memory Maker service, as there is truly no better way to immortalize your vacation while staying present and enjoying the moment. Indeed, these Cast Members truly know how to capture the magic, and I have so many PhotoPass pictures that I will cherish for the rest of my life. Plus, there's no better way to fight the post-Disney blues than by going through your photos from your trip.

To answer your question, you are right that there is a way to download all of your pictures at once, and it can only be done on your computer. First, you will have to log into your My Disney Experience account on the PhotoPass website and click on "View Gallery." Then, when hovering your cursor over the pictures, you should see a pale grey checkmark appear in the top right corner of the pictures. Once you click on it, it will turn green and select the picture for download. If you have several pictures you would like to download at the same time, you can select your favourite ones. If you want to download all the pictures in your gallery instead, you should be able to check the "Select all visible media" box that will appear at the top of your page. By checking this box, all photos in your gallery will be selected for download, but you can still "unselect" any pictures you might not want to download by clicking on their green checkmarks. All you will have to do then is click on "Download" and you are all set!

Another way I like to fight the post-Disney blues is to use my PhotoPass photos to make a photo album. Indeed, I love going through all the photos after my trip as you always find some hidden gems or moments you forgot about, and you can put all of your favourite pictures together in an album you can always look back on. Conveniently enough, you can directly select your PhotoPass photos from the website and create an album with EZPrints without having to download them all yourself! All you have to do is click on "Photo Products" on the PhotoPass website and go down to the list of products available. There, you will be able to select the photo album option which will take you to the EZPrints website where you will be able to select all your favourite photos. Actually, something we did in my family was gift each other an album after our trip. It was so much fun to go through it together and to go over our favourite moments from our trip!

I hope this was helpful, Rachel, and that you and your Ohana will have the best day ever going through your favourite memories and picking the perfect photos for your family album. If you have any other questions from your past trip, or need help planning the next one, please don't hesitate to reach out. You've got a friend in us!

    Have a magical day,
