Hello, I am trying to download all my memory maker photos at once on the iPhone and I do not see the download option once I click on all visible media. I am able to do this on the laptop though, but I want to do it on my cell phone. Thank you!

Hiya Androw,

Welcome to planDisney! I drag my little family to every PhotoPass photographer I can find on vacation. I have two littles under three who are growing so fast, so I am obsessed with capturing every moment I can. It is so sweet, but that also means that at the end of each trip, I have an extreme number of photos in my Photo Gallery.

As you mentioned, it is fairly simple to download all of your photos at once using your computer or laptop. Unfortunately, the My Disney Experience mobile app does not yet have a similar feature. To download photos on the mobile app, you will need to download each photo individually.

I hope this was helpful, Androw. I hope the functionality will be added to the mobile app one day because it will make my life a whole lot easier. Currently, I download my photos on the website, save them in an online cloud, and then download them onto my phone. It is effective, but a lot more steps. Before I let you go, don’t forget to download your photos on your phone or online before they expire, otherwise they will disappear like magic. Please come back and see us if you need anything else.
