I am trying to get a disneyland park reservation. My tickets are linked but not showing up so I cant complete my reservation. I think my 1 day tickets expired december 20,2021 and the park reservation will be for may 4th 2022. What can I do?

Hi Judy! It's so good to see you again here at planDisney! I'm so happy to hear that you are rescheduling your trip to the Happiest Place on Earth. And if you will be there on May 4th, you are in for a galactic-sized treat (more on that later ... )!

Let's see what we can find out about your tickets. If they are linked but expired, this may be why they are no longer showing up in your My Disneyland account. Don't worry! There is always a little spark of magic included in each ticket that never runs out. Any amount paid for a wholly, unused Disneyland Resort ticket, with the exception of Special Event Tickets or tickets purchased through a third party, can be applied to the purchase of a new ticket as long as the price is equal or greater than the cost of the original ticket. My recommendation would be to give our Guest Services team a call - a Cast Member there will likely be able to pull up your account and hopefully see the unused, expired tickets and help you in purchasing a new set of tickets.

Once valid tickets are in your hands and linked to your account, the reservation calendar will open up to you! Good news, I just took a look and it seems that there are currently reservations available at Disneyland Park. Go ahead and grab those reservations as soon as your tickets are settled - you can always cancel and change them later!

Grab your lightsabers and be prepared to be swept into a galaxy far, far away! Traditionally, May the 4th is a day of Star Wars celebrations, and let me tell you, your fellow Guests may be the main attraction that day! Admittedly, I was not that well versed in the ways of the force and found myself at Disneyland Park on May 4th a few years ago. I was completely inspired by the cosmic energy in the park that day and before long was speaking in droid and enrolling my Young Padawan in the Resistance. You'll definitely want to plan time to travel to the planet of Batuu in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge. Take your place in Hans Solo's cockpit and fly your own mission on Millennium Falcon: Smuggler's Run or test your skills in fighting the First Order on Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance. I don't want to give away too much, but trust me - you have never experienced an attraction quite like this before!

Judy, the magic awaits! If you have any more questions as you plan for your trip, please come see us again here at planDisney. We are always here for you!

    Keep wishing on those stars,
    Tara
