I am trying to get a disability pass for my son with Autism. We will bother in less than 2 weeks. Every time I try to do the online video call it says that it is too busy. What should I do?

    Hi Rebecca!

Welcome to planDisney! Yay! I see you will be arriving very soon at the Walt Disney World Resort! I am sure that you are dotting all your "i's" and crossing all your "t's" to prepare for your upcoming adventure! Once you arrive you'll be immersed in everything special and wonderful about the Most Magical Place on Earth!

Rebecca, the Disability Access Service is a wonderful service that Walt Disney World offers. It enables guests who may have difficulty waiting in regular queues the opportunity to experience the attractions. Recently Walt Disney World implemented the ability to register for DAS in advance by engaging in a live chat with a DAS Cast Member before your arrival. To do this, you need to log in to your My Disney Experience account and click on the DAS live chat link. Due to high demand, wait times are much greater than expected. Cast Members are available to speak with Guests beginning at 7 a.m. until 10 p.m., times are subject to change. My suggestion is to try and log on at approximately 7 a.m. to keep your wait times to a minimum. You can also register for a DAS in person when you arrive at the Walt Disney World theme parks. Simply head to Guest Services where a Cast Member will be able to assist you in registering your son and creating your DAS reservation for attractions.

Hope this helps you plan your magical vacation!
