Trying to make a dinner reservation at Ballast Point but it is not listed on Disneyland.com for dining And there is no dining reservations over the phone Looking for 8/10 for 14 people would split up 7 and 7 Thank you

Hi there, Phyllis! Welcome to planDisney! We are so happy to see that you are making your way over to the Happiest Place on Earth this summer! It sounds like you are in for a magical time with lots of family and friends in tow. Forever memories in the making, I'm sure!

I love to hear that you'll be exploring the Downtown Disney District! It's such a lively spot to enjoy some time out of the parks, catch up with friends and family, do a little shopping, and, of course, eat! Ballast Point® Brewing Co. is a great option for a large party with its second-floor views overlooking Downtown Disney District, the locally inspired cuisine, and, of course, the award-winning beers at the ready ... oh! and the rooftop is fun too! While the restaurant is located in Downtown Disney District, it is not Disney-owned and operated so reservations are not available through the Disneyland resort website. If you go directly to the Ballast Point® Anaheim website, you can make reservations via OpenTable. I did dig a little deeper to find out that OpenTable does not accept reservations for parties as large as 7, and they do recommend giving the restaurant a call at (714) 687-9183 for larger groups. It sounds like you may have already spoken to someone from the restaurant over the phone - I would go ahead and give them another try!

While the Entertainment Schedule for August has not yet been released, I would give it a peek before you head out for your trip. You'll be able to see if any live entertainment is scheduled for the evening, which is always a fun must-do to put on your calendar. Before dinner, stroll through World of Disney® for some take-home souvenirs or head over to my personal favorite, WonderGround Gallery, for some unique Disney-inspired artwork. While I'm finishing up my dinner, I like to Mobile Order a sweet treat from Marceline's Confectionary to munch on while I stroll back to the hotel. Trust me, you're going to want to try the Mickey Churro Marshmallow! I thought it was a snack for kids, and it turns out it's DELICIOUS! A perfect way to end a perfect Disney day if you ask me!

Phyllis, we are always here for you if any more questions pop up in your planning. Just come back to see us here at planDisney!

    Magic awaits!
