Well it’s 3:15 am and I’ve been trying for dinner dining reservations for 8/5 for 15 minutes and it just says 30 restaurants have no availability. We have Disneyland hotel reservations for that evening. Are they not allowing dining reservations?

    Good day, Shannon!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thanks for bringing your question our way!

It sounds like you either had a late night or a very early morning. Either way, I hope you didn’t lose too much sleep trying to book your Disneyland Resort Dining reservation. You did have the right idea! I always recommend booking your dining reservations as soon as possible to improve your chances of reserving your most desired date and time. Normally, dining reservations can be booked up to 60 days in advance, using the Disneyland App, via the Disneyland Resort website or by calling (714) 781-DINE (714-781-3463). However, since the resort is currently closed, availability for August has not been loaded into the dining reservation system. I’m sorry you tried for so long with no success. My suggestion is just to keep checking the website for dining reservation times to be released.

Also, make sure to check the Disney Parks Blog on a regular basis to stay up to date on the latest announcements related to the Disneyland Resort reopening. You’ll find breaking news there first! Announcements about dining reservations returning will likely be found there as well.

I hope you found this information to be helpful! If you think of any more questions before your vacation in August, please come back to see us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
