I'm sorry to hear that you were experiencing some problems making your
advanced dining reservations earlier today. Sometimes, that mischievous Experiment 626 (more affectionately known as Stitch) can cause glitches in the
My Disney Experience Mobile App or on the
Walt Disney World Resort website, which is exactly what happened this morning. I was actually on the app this morning and received a pop-up message that payments could not be processed. However, when I tried again a few hours later, everything seemed to be working fine. I'm hoping that you've been able to resume making your dining reservations either online or on the app by the time this answer finds you!
Joe Frank, while advanced dining reservations are highly recommended, I also wanted to let you know that you can check
Mobile Dine Walk-up Availability during your vacation if your plans change. You can find this handy Mouseketool in your My Disney Experience Mobile App - just make sure you have the most up-to-date version of the app and location services enabled when you're ready to use it. I also like to use
Mobile Food and Beverage Ordering at Quick-Service locations so that we can spend less time waiting in line and more time enjoying our favorite attractions!
