Hello and welcome to
planDisney, Rafa. Thanks for stopping by with your question.
Rafa, I'm sorry to know that you are having some trouble making your
advance dining reservations. When this happens, sometimes the best thing to do is actually call and have a Cast Member assist you with your reservation. To speak to someone in person about your advanced dining reservations you can call 407-WDW-DINE. The phone lines open up each day around 7:00 a.m. Mickey Mouse's time. I do suggest calling as early as you can in the morning to reduce your wait time on hold.
Another suggestion would be to try using a different browser or even your phone to make the dining reservation. Sometimes the
Walt Disney World website is more compatible with specific web browsers and opening up a different one might just be the solution. Also, you can try making a dining reservation through the MyDisneyExperience mobile app. If you don't already have it downloaded on your smartphone device, I highly encourage it. It's so helpful to have during your actual vacation.
It sounds like you have an idea of where you'd like to dine for your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation, Rafa. However, if you'd like a suggestion my current go-to restaurant is
The BOATHOUSE at Disney Springs. It is so good! The restaurant is set right on the lake and provides stunning views as the sun goes down. I've had a lot of menu items but my favorite is the lobster roll served warm with butter and I always upgrade to the truffle fries! If there is room for dessert, I'll find myself ordering the key lime pie in a jar. It's light and tart which is a perfect way to end such a great meal.
I hope you are able to get your dining reservation situation figured out. Like I said, calling and speaking with a Cast Member is going to be your best bet. If you have any other questions before your trip, please feel free to stop back by and
ask me. I'm happy to help.
Enjoy!
