Hello, I am trying to determine if my family should get one of the Disney Villas or a 2bdrm suite. Can anyone rent the villas or is it only the DVC? Can you give me a comparison and price quotes of the villas & 2bdrom suites.

    Hi Ikeyla,

There are four different size villas available at most DVC properties at WDW.  They can be rented by anyone.  You can find out more about the villas, including the current cost, at Deluxe Villas - Accommodations at WDW Resorts.

The smallest villa would be a studio.  My family prefers these because there are only three of us and we don't want to cook while on vacation.

There are also one bedroom and two bedroom villas.  These include a full kitchen with all the amenities of home and a living room with a fold-out couche.

If you want a villa to accommodate up to 12 people, you will want to consider a grand villa.  These have three bedrooms and usually a dining room.

The above link can provide you much more detailed information.

    Enjoy your trip
