Hiya, Bridget. Welcome to
planDisney! Thanks for stopping by with your question.
One thing that keeps me coming back to
Walt Disney World time and time again is how much Mickey Mouse cares for all of his Guests. I think Disney does a great job of catering to all different people with all types of food allergies and special dietary requests. I did take a look and couldn't find an official gluten-free menu for
Yak & Yeti Restaurant online either. However, there are many unofficial blogs that have a lot of great information when it comes to eating gluten-free at Walt Disney World. My internet search turned up several of these websites and they have a lot of menu items that are gluten-free at the restaurant listed. If you'd like more of an official menu, I suggest reaching out to the
Special Diets team at Walt Disney World. They may be able to provide more of a comprehensive list of gluten-free offerings at that particular restaurant. You can contact the Cast Members in that department by emailing Special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com. They do ask that you reach out to them sooner than 14 days prior to your trip as sometimes it takes a few days to gather the information that you may need.
Bridget, keep in mind you can make advanced dining reservations 60 days prior to your check-in day. If you are staying at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel then you'll be able to make those advanced dining reservations for the length of your stay up to 10 days. You can make dining reservations online starting at 6:00 a.m. via your MyDisneyExperience account.
I hope this helps, Bridget. If you have any other questions about this please feel free to stop back by and
ask me. I'm here to help.
Enjoy!
Jackie H.
