Trying to decided if we should attend the Candlelight Processional on 11/28. Crowd level should be low. Just wondering if my kids will enjoy it. I have a 6 yr old & 4 yr old twins. If so, is the dinner package necessary with the low crowd level? Thanks

    Hello, Heather,

You have to know that my son is a HUGE fan of Neil Patrick Harris, who is the narrator scheduled to perform on November 28, 2012.  For us, this would be an absolute must do if we were visiting at that time.  However, your children may not be as awe-struck as mine.

As family, we have enjoyed the Candlelight Processional when they were younger, but they did have to sit quietly.  The show is incredibly moving and a beautiful mix of both holiday stories and music.  In fact, if you visit YouTube and do a search for Candlelight Processional, you can view the program to see if it would be a good match for your children.

Since the show is popular with many locals, I would encourage you to consider the dinner package to ensure that you have a seat.  I also remember how my kids thought they were VIP guests with the special ids we had to wear; there is also now the additional perk of pre-arranged fireworks viewing which may be a worthwhile perk. However, if you are unsure about the show and not certain about investing the money for it, you could certainly opt to just see if there are extra seats.  A sort of "if it was meant to be" approach.

Have a wonderful visit and enjoy all the holiday decorations!
