Hi moms! I am trying to decide when to come to the World for fall/winter trip. If I come the last week of October into November will I get to see both Halloween and some Christmas decorations?

Hi Carol, Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! This is a great question as both the Fall and Winter seasons are so beautiful and wonderful at Walt Disney World Resort that every guest should see them at least once.

There are a lot of fun events happening that time of year with about a week between the last night of Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party and the first of Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party. As you can imagine that is a lot of decorating to do and un-do!  Yes, you will absolutely be able to see some Christmas decorations if you choose to visit this time of year. It's actually a really amazing undertaking, and this past year Disney's Hollywood Studios transformed from fall to winter magically in one night!

You may not be able to see every bow and ornament that will be set for the season as everything is generally ready mid-November, but if you hop around all public spaces of Walt Disney World Resort, including Disney Springs, you should be in the holiday spirit in no time. And don't forget to keep an eye out on the Disney Parks Blog where they'll post some pretty wonderful videos about decorating for the season.

I hope this helped solidify your travel plans and get you excited for the Most Wonderful Time of the Year in the Most Magical Place On Earth!
