Trying to decide which villa to stay at, AK, OKW or Boardwalk. Need help! It will be the first trip with my DS 9,7 and DD 2 with their gradparents. The kids have been there but really hoping to impress the grandparents. Any opinions?

Hi Tiffany!  I have a sister named Tiffany who is as big a Disney fan as I am, so I'm going to give you the answer I know she would share with you...

We have stayed at each of these resorts, and most recently returned from staying at Old Key West - 18 of us total, including my parents, sister, brother, and all our spouses and kids.  We all thought OKW was just absolutely fabulous!

Now, I love the Animal Kingdom for its sheer beauty and the proximity to the animals.  The kids love seeing the animals, and it is home to two of our favorite dining spots, Boma & Jiko.  You can't go wrong there!

And, I love the Boardwalk because it's "close to the action".  You can walk to EPCOT, and enjoy strolling along the beautiful Boardwalk.

However, the Old Key West Resort just recently completed a complete renovation of its villas, and they are spacious, clean, and GORGEOUS!  Our family loved them - the decor is beautiful, our view of the golf course was exceptional, the outdoor patio was delightful, the kitchen spacious and fully equipped, and best of all - the living area was extremely large and very comfortable.  The amenities of this resort are terrific, too, with the sandcastle slide at the main swimming pool, some great places to dine, its own marina, and proximity to Downtown Disney & Marketplace.  Something is always going on!

My parents went with us on this last trip, as well.  They have visited many of the other resorts with us, and they couldn't say enough about how much they enjoyed staying at Old Key West.

Whichever one you end up choosing, I know that you will have a wonderful time, and the grandparents will be impressed most of all by all of the beautiful smiles on the faces of their grandchildren!
