Trying to decide if T-Rex restaurant would be a good choice for a meal. My 3 year would love the theme but does not like loud noises or places. Is the restaurant very loud? Thanks!

    Hi Kimberlee!

You've asked a great question!  We have a couple of sound-sensitive kids, and they do love T-Rex Cafe, but the 'meteor shower' that happens periodically can be somewhat intense for them.  Not a lot of super loud noises, but they can get a bit concerned when it starts.  We generally ask when the next one is anticipated, and we talk them through it.  It is very similar to the 'thunderstorm' that happens periodically at Rainforest Cafe, but not as intense.

We've also found that sitting in the ice cave helps as well.  They love watching it change colors, and it really helps to distract them.  If your son loves dinosaurs, it might be a great choice for him.

    Have a magical vacation!
