We are trying to decide what time to fly back on our last day: 3:30 or 8 pm. We have 3 kids, ages 5, 4, and 18 mos. We want to get the most from our day, but are a little concerned about not having a room for naps. Any suggestions?

    HI Lisa,

This is a great question!  There really are pros and cons to both options, but I would have to suggest taking the earlier flight.  If your children were a bit older, I would squeeze every last moment of of the parks but since you're traveling with little ones you'll want this day to be as stress free as possible.  At this point in the vacation the focus, for me at least, is getting everyone to the airport on time, with everything we came with, and as few meltdowns as possible.

My family takes an early afternoon flight, and it is really nice to be able to do the packing in the morning, without feeling rushed.  We check out of the resort and either dine, shop or sit by the pool.  It's a great way to end the vacation.  No pressure of catching the bus back from a park  to get your Magical Express connection, no worries about the packing since you have to scramble to get it done before you leave your resort to "make the most" of that last day.

I have taken an evening flight, and the biggest benefit to this is TIRED children.  I have enjoyed some very peaceful evening flights.

    Hope this helps!
