Trying to decide on a resort for a 2bedroom villa. Due to an anxiety disorder, one person in the family does not take elevators (fine with taking stairs). Are all rooms in all resorts able to be accessed by stairs?

Greetings and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Candice, we thank you for your question.

Walt Disney World Resort’s Deluxe Villas accommodations are spectacular and offer all the comforts of home at the Most Magical Place on Earth where you’ll bask in unique Pixie-Dusted experiences and convenient benefits as a Disney Resort hotel Guest!

Candice, may I suggest you contact our Guest Services at (407) 939-5277 to state your concern and perhaps request accommodations on the ground floor, or, at least on a lower level? Rest assured, all Disney Resort hotels offer staircases, but I would still advise calling in to have your request noted on your reservation. Sincere efforts will be made to accommodate your requests, but please note, that there are no guarantees.

May I offer Disney Resort hotel Online Check-In 60 days before your stay to expedite your arrival at the Front Desk? This way you can head over to all the Walt Disney World Adventures that await your arrival.

Moms Tip: Don’t forget to customize your plans with My Disney Experience to make the most of your itinerary.

We hope this information is helpful, Candice and we would be honored to be of any further assistance again soon!

    Best Disney Wishes!
    Jacqueline
