Hi there! Trying to decide between Pop and CBR for our 2nd time staying on the grounds, we arrive Feb 12, 2010. Kids 1,7,&9 any suggestions, we do not find ourselves spending very much time at the resort, a quick swim in the evening and sleeping

    Hi Jennifer!

Choosing from all of the wonderful resort options can be fun, but hard at the same time. They're all great in their own ways!

Since you said that you won't be spending much time at your resort, I would tend to lean towards the value to save money. One downside to choosing Pop over Caribbean Beach is that the size of the room is slightly smaller, but it will serve your needs for a clean place to shower, sleep and get ready for your day. The only other significant differences between the two resorts are that CBR offers a table service restaurant, pool slides and a really cool kids water play area.

The pools at Pop will certainly fit the bill for a quick swim in the evenings, but if your kids want to spend a lot of time swimming and love pool slides - they would love the feature pool at Caribbean Beach! The big pool has a zero entry area for your youngest, and the pirate ship water play area was a hit with my kids this past September.

Ultimately, it's up to you to decide if the extra money is worth the upgrade. If pool slides and a table service restaurant aren't big priorities, I would stay at Pop and use the money saved for souvenirs or a fun activity everyone can enjoy together.

I hope this helps you make your decision! I'm sure you'll have a great trip no matter where you stay!
