Trying to decide between Liberty Tree Tavern or 1900 Park Fare for dinner. Would LOVE to meet Cinderella's family and try buffet but do not want to leave MK-especially because it will be our first day. Which one would be the better choice in your opinion?

    Hi Katie,

The Liberty Tree Tavern is a wonderful restaurant, particularly if you enjoy good, old-fashioned American food served in an environment reminiscent of colonial times.

However, if you enjoy elegance in its purest form and Disney princesses too, you owe it to yourself to make your reservations at 1900 Park Fare.  It's quite simple to get to Disney's Grand Floridian Resort from the Magic Kingdom.  Take the boat launch at the front of the park to the resort and you'll find 1900 Park Fare on the first floor of the lobby.  Go a bit early so you can just bask in the elegance of this resort's main lobby.  It's breath-taking!  The buffet at 1900 Park Fare is extensive so everyone will find something they enjoy to eat.  Then, after dinner and your encounter with Disney royalty, hop on the monorail and you'll be back at the Magic Kingdom in no time.

Wishing you a vacation sprinkled with extra pixie dust!
