    I am trying to decide if the Dining Plans are really a good deal. It looks like the kids' plans will save some money, but I haven't found any combination of adult meals that would be less expensive on the dining plan than if I paid for them individually.

    Hi Laura - in my experience the Disney Dining plan does offer good value to families.  We have traveled both with and without the dining plan, and have found that we save money with the dining plan.  You do have to take advantage of all of your credits however, in order to make it worthwhile.

    If you do choose a dining plan with table service meals included (either the standard plan or the deluxe plan), I'd recommend making advance dining reservations so that you can ensure you get the restaurants and times that you prefer.
