We are trying to decide on a deluxe restaurant for our upcoming trip. Which signature restaurant would you choose, we love steak and seafood.

    Hi again Kimberly,

Choosing dining is the most exciting part of planning a Walt Disney World vacation for my family, though we always have difficulty deciding among our favorites. I'm happy to point you to some of our top picks for steak and seafood.

Our next signature reservation is at the new Tiffins. The space is beautiful, and the menu has a great variety of steak, seafood, lamb and other entrees, including an amazing whole snapper. Everything I tasted on my first visit was delicious. Tiffins is inside Animal Kingdom, so park admission is required.

California Grill atop the Contemporary is always a top option both for its food (which includes beautiful sushi and seafood plus steak and bison) and its view of Magic Kingdom and Wishes nighttime spectacular. We've celebrated many special occasions here and keep coming back.

We're also big fans of Artist Point at Wilderness Lodge, again for the food and for the ambiance. On Thanksgiving a couple of years ago, everyone in my family chose Artist Point's bison over turkey, and the Pacific seafood is divine.

At Disney Springs, for both steak and seafood, I'd recommend STK Orlando. The steak I had on my visit was divine, and the seafood entrees my companions had were fabulous as well. I'm a big fan of any place that has fresh Pacific oysters on the half shell. The sides were not-to-miss as well, especially the corn pudding.

Those are four of our favorites, Kimberley, so I hope that helps guide your decision. Enjoy!
