Trying to decide what to do on day of MVMCP. Either arrive at MK at 2:00 for BBB, CRT at 3:55 and then party. Too much in one day for a 4, 5, & 7 old? Or would it make night extra special? Or HS in morning, nap, and arrive closer to party time??Thx

Hi Toni! It is tempting to plan everything in one place for one day but I don't recommend it. The parks are full of stimulus for the children and they will be excited from the moment they wake up but when they crash from exhaustion they crash hard!  I have carried many a sleeping child in my arms on many attractions during Disney vacations! It doesn't make for a happy experience for anyone!

I would stay with your plan of heading to Hollywood Studios for the morning hours, then head back to the resort for some naps or at least rest and quiet time. Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party will be full of fun and entertainment.  The lines generally are shorter for the attractions due to the limited number of tickets sold for each night.  You should have plenty of time to see the parades, fireworks, and shows and also get to enjoy some of your favorite attractions.  Don't forget to stop for some complimentary cocoa and cookies!

If you already have your Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique and Cinderella's Royal Table reservations and cannot make new ones then keep them and keep the pace slow and easy.  This will help the kids stamina to stay awake throughout the party. These reservations are hard to get and would hate to have you cancel them completely.  Don't do anything else in the morning and if you are lucky see if they will take a late morning rest. I know...probably not going to happen but a good thought anyway!
