Trying to decide between CSR and POFQ. Love the look of CSR rooms but it looks as if POFQ has recently remodeled....is this just some rooms or have all rooms got a new look? Also wondering if late Nov./early Dec is a good time to go? Thanks!

Hello Stacey,

You have a difficult decision on your hands: choosing between Coronado Springs Resort and Port Orleans - French Quarter. Both Resorts are great.

To answer your question, Port Orleans - French Quarter (POFQ) did recently undergo some changes. All of the rooms have been renovated to include queen sized beds and granite countertops in the bathrooms. The Resort rooms boast new carpeting and furnishings. I think the changes they made make the room feel larger.

I've traveled to Disney the first week of December. The year I went, it was unseasonably cold. But the low crowd levels made it worth it! You have Mickey's Very Merry Christmas some nights and the fabulous winter decorations all around the World!

No matter where and when you choose, I know you will have a magical vacation!
