We are trying to decide if we should bring our sit and stand stroller or rent a double stroller for our 5 1/2 year old and 19 month old?

    Hi Adam,

This is a great question and one I have debated myself. Our family visited Walt Disney World Resort recently with our 5-year old and 3-year old boys and I am so glad we went with a double stroller.

Our 5-year old walked a lot, but when he wanted to rest in the stroller, he actually fell asleep a few times! I was glad he could be comfortable in a reclining seat, which is something he wouldn't have had with a sit and stand stroller. I never regretted having the double stroller and selfishly, I admit that I liked having it for holding any bags or souvenirs we didn't want to carry!

We rented from Kingdom Strollers and had a great experience. Our rental was waiting for us when we arrived to our Disney Resort hotel and we were able to leave it there when we checked out. The process was so easy, I recommend it to everyone!

Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I'd love to help you with any other questions you have as you plan your family vacation!
