I am trying to decide on that best time for ressies at the Liberty Tree Tavern in MK before we do MNSSHP . And can we go into MK with costumes on before the party starts? This will be our first trip and we are really looking foward to MNSSHP ! Thank you !

    Hello Sarah,

You have combined two of my loves at Magic Kingdom. Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party (MNSSHP) is my favorite time of year at the Park. And Liberty Tree Tavern is my family's absolute favorite spot to eat in Magic Kingdom!

Even though the party does not officially start until 7 p.m., in the past, Cast Members have permitted Guests with tickets to enter as early as 4 p.m. And yes! Costumes are allowed and absolutely encouraged.

If you don't mind an early dinner, I would suggest snagging a 4:30 or 5 p.m. reservation. That way you are able to have your meal, yet you won't miss any of the festivities! And, you'll be able to snack on all of your trick-or-treat goodies all night long!

    Hope this helps!

My family loves our Main Street in Ohio. But there's simply no comparison to Main Street U.S.A.! We don't get to Disney quite as often as I'd like, but that just means finding new ways to sprinkle Pixie Dust on our adventures! Learn More About Monina
