    Trying to decide between AoA or contemporary. Stayed at contem for our 1st last dec and loved it! We would be able to stay more days if we stay at AoA. Not sure if the convenience of contem is worth fewer days or more days at AoA is worth it. Plz help!

    Hello Isela!

    This is a great question but tough to answer because they are both wonderful! The Art of Animation Resort is the newest resort on Walt Disney World property. This is considered a value resort and the majority of the rooms are suites (sleeps up to 6). They are very comfortable and nicely furnished. I recently stayed in the Cars Suite and I loved it. The themes for the suites are Lion King, Cars and Finding Nemo. There is also a Little Mermaid section, however, these are standard rooms (sleeps up to 4). The "Big Blue" pool located within the Finding Nemo area is now the biggest pool within Walt Disney World property and is amazing. There is also a splash area featuring Nemo and friends. My kids loved it and even wanted to leave the parks to return to the pool.  The resort overall is very whimsical with large icons of the movies mentioned above.

    Disney's Contemporary Resort is a totally different experience! This is a deluxe resort and as you know from your last visit, it is conveniently located next to the Magic Kingdom and features the easily accessible monorail.

    I would recommend that you check out the Art of Animation Resort page. Personally, each time I visit the Walt Disney World Resorts, I like to try a different resort! Each one has it unique characteristics, dining and amenities. I would also probably choose the option that would allow me to spend more time exploring the different dining options and theme parks!
