    I have been trying for 2 days to renew my Magic Key annual pass before it expires next month. Can you help me.

    Hello and how do ya do, Valerie? Thanks for visiting us here at planDisney with your great question. I'm so glad to hear that you are a Magic Key holder and hope you've been enjoying your year filled with magic.

    I'm also super excited to hear that you will be unlocking yet another year of magic and renewing your Magic Key pass. I'm sorry to hear that you've been having some trouble and hope it was just a brief site error - perhaps Loki was wreaking havoc behind the scenes. He is the God of Mischief after all. I recently renewed my Magic Key pass and I am delighted to help out.

    Magic Key passes are eligible to renew up to 30 days before their expiration date. You can visit the Disneyland site and find the link to renew your pass under "Magic Key Pass Information" which can be found under the heading "Magic Key." You will be prompted to log into your Disney account and will then see your pass that is available for renewal. You can also get to the renewal page by logging into your Disney account, clicking on your profile (under "My Disneyland") and then "Membership and Passes." Your Magic Key pass will be listed here along with a button to "Renew Now." If these options don't work, you can also reach out to a friendly Cast Member at the phone line for Magic Key Holders for assistance.

    Valerie, I hope this is helpful and that you're able to renew your Magic Key soon and without any problems. During my last visit, I was able to stop by Disneyana to pick up a Haunted Mansion trading card that is exclusively for Magic Key holders.
