Hello Jami,
Thanks so much for bringing your question to planDisney! We here at planDisney always appreciate the opportunity to share suggestions to help you make your Disney stay a more magical experience.
I'm happy for you that you're making your magical plans to visit the Disneyland Resort,
Disneyland Park, and
Disney California Adventure Park. I'm sorry to hear, though, that you're having issues with making your Resort reservation and purchasing your theme park tickets. It sounds like you're running into the same issue more than once, and I know that's not a fun experience. Perhaps by now you've been able to successfully make all your plans, and that would we really wonderful!
Sometimes when Guests share with us that they're encountering an error message when making plans, we can offer some tips and tricks to help because we might have run into the same error message ourselves when making our own plans. For example, I myself sometimes see the "It Might Be Hei Hei's Fault…" screen that notes a temporary system issue, and I often find that the issue goes away when I try again a few moments later.
While I don't know the details of the error message you're seeing, I'm thinking that the Disneyland Resort Website Support team is likely your best go-to source for help with an error message you're encountering, especially if you're seeing that error message frequently. You can reach out to the
Website Support team by calling (714) 520-6222 and speaking with a Cast Member about the specifics of the error you're seeing.
I'm happy to offer a few general tips that I hope can be helpful to you.
If you're purchasing new theme park tickets, I can share the tip that the
Theme Park Tickets & Reservations system will guide you through the steps to make your theme park ticket selections and make your theme park reservations. Combining the steps to buy tickets and make theme park reservations into the same set of steps makes it easier to put together your plans.
Another quick tip I'll offer is that I might sometimes try a different web browser or clear the browsing data and start a new browser session on the website if I'm seeing an error message.
You might also want to try purchasing your theme park tickets using the
Disneyland Resort mobile app. You'll be guided through the same steps to select theme park tickets and select theme park reservations.
Jami, I'm hopeful for you that you can bring all your plans together to visit "The Happiest Place on Earth" because there's so much magic awaiting you when you visit the Disneyland Resort.
Here's wishing you lots of Disney magic in your day today!
Jerry
