Hi, I am trying to create a new My Disney Experience account with an existing annual pass. How do i unlink my annual pass from the previous account to connect it to the new account?

    Hi Rachel!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I'm so happy to hear that you are a Walt Disney World Resort Annual Passholder. I'm sure you are definitely taking advantage of all of the benefits of being a Passholder. My favorites are the dining and merchandise benefits that I can enjoy during a Walt Disney World Resort vacation!

In general, Annual Passes are non-transferrable. I recommend that you call the Annual Passholder information at (407) 560-7277 to see if they can help you transfer your existing Annual Pass to your new My Disney Experience account. I have found that the Cast Members who help Annual Passholders are extra magical, so hopefully the can send some pixie dust your way!

Let us know if you have any additional questions. T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
