Welcome to planDisney Sonya, you have to be getting excited as your trip is getting close. I know I would be just like you trying to link my tickets as well.
The summer is an awesome time to visit the
Walt Disney World Resort. As a child, I visited yearly during the summer because my grandparents lived in central Florida. Linking your tickets should be done on the
My Disney Experience website. You can do this by using the "My Friends and Family" section and then using Tickets & Passes. You mentioned scanning them and that is the right section of your My Disney Experience App but it will not work until you are in America. Once you do that make sure to check the
Availability Calendar to make your park reservation. If you continue to have problems you can certainly
call the professionals and get some help over the phone.
Make sure when you visit
Magic Kingdom Park that you get a good spot at night to see the return of "Happily Ever After" the fireworks extravaganza. Disney fans all over were elated to hear about its return to the skies over Cinderella Castle. Also, the brand new coaster TRON Lightcycle / Run Presented by Enterprise is open and users are racing to defeat the Programs daily. Don't miss your chance and make sure on the day of your park visit you get on your
My Disney Experience App at 7 a.m. and again at 1 p.m. to obtain a boarding group. The app will notify you of your return time and you will be able to race for the users.
I hope this information is useful for linking your tickets to have that sigh of relief knowing your tickets and dates are set to enjoy your summer holiday.
See ya real soon,
Jeremy A.
