    Trying to coordinate with another family member. I have bought and have all tickets for my family and their family. I’ve linked with the other family mom who is managing all kids/husband on her app. But I can’t see the 3 members of her party.

    Virginia is for Disney lovers and I'm glad to hear you'll be experiencing Walt Disney World Resort with your family members soon. Make sure everyone's in the picture in front of Cinderella Castle by purchasing Memory Maker. One purchase includes unlimited downloads of Disney PhotoPass media taken of you and up to 25 members of your Family & Friends. Purchase Memory Maker (Advance Purchase) online at least three days before your first park day for a savings.

    Thank you for explaining your situation so clearly, Katie. I can tell you understand the importance of connecting with all members of your party as Family & Friends in My Disney Experience. Follow these steps to connect with the missing kids and husband:

    1. Ask the family member to whom you are connected to adjust the settings in her My Disney Experience account so that her Family & Friends List is shared. She can do this online by clicking "Update" and "Share My List" next to her name on her Family & Friends List or in the My Disney Experience mobile app by scrolling to the bottom of her Family & Friends List (three small lines at the bottom right of the home page --> scroll down to "My Profile" --> "Family & Friends List" tab) and selecting, "Yes, share my Family & Friends List."
    2. Once your family member is sharing her Family & Friends List, return to your Family & Friends List and click "Add a Guest" at the bottom. "Find through my connected Guests" is the default setting and the three missing members of your planning party should automagically appear for selection because you are connected to the person who manages their account profiles and her Family & Friends List is shared. In my experience, an app restart or page refresh may be required for the new settings to take effect and for the names to appear.  
    Should you run into any Stitch-uations, a helpful Cast Member at the My Disney Experience, MagicBand, and MagicBand+ number is best equipped to offer the next level of support.
