Hello!  I am trying to convince my husband that the Annual Silver pass would be worth it for our family. We have a 9month old daughter and have already brought her twice (she loves it). Please help me persuade him! :)

    Hi Westen!

I'm so happy to be assisting a fellow Floridian! I can say that what helped me convince my husband on the Annual Passes was the payment plan offered only to us through the Florida Residents Passholder Program. Since the down payment was practically equivalent to a one day ticket, the monthly payments were affordable and there is no interest on the payments, it was a no brainer for us. It also helps that the Annual Passes allowed us to park hop as well!  We also like the latest benefit added which was the free parking. That saves us $20 on parking per day. We also get 10% off merchandise at the resorts and parks.

I find that ever since we have had Annual Passes, we take more weekend getaways to the Walt Disney World Resort. Since we are on the payment plan, we simply have to cover the expense of the resort stay (which typically is booked at a discounted rate) and the cost of food. One of the things we like to do since we live locally and to change things up a bit, is to stay at a different Disney Resort each time we visit. The different themes at each resort make each visit exciting and new. We have so many memories of our children through out the years at Walt Disney World and I wouldn't exchange those memories for nothing in the world! I'm sure you will have the same wonderful experiences and memories with your little one!

Did you know?: As Floridians, we also have access to special offers and deals on resort stays! Be sure to show him this page: Special Offers and Deals.

Westen, it has been a pleasure assisting you and I hope you are able to convince your hubby! Please visit us again and let us know if you get your wish and/or if you have any additional questions!

Thanks for sending your questions to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
