    I am trying to confirm my reservation. Do I still have a reservation?

    Welcome to planDisney, Judi! 

    We are so happy to hear from you! I’ve got my pal, Fix-It Felix Jr. here to help you locate your reservation! Let’s see what we can do! 

    You’ll want to log in to your Walt Disney World Resort account online. From there, click the “My Disney Experience” tab on the righthand side of your screen. Then, scroll down and select the “My Plans” option. Once you’re on the “My Plans” page, you should be able to see your reservations, tickets, and more! 

    If you find that you cannot see your reservation on the “My Plans” page of your My Disney Experience account, you may need to call a friendly Cast Member at (407) 939-4357 to be sure your reservation was successfully linked to your account online!
