Hey, howdy, hey, Khatsho!Yeehaw! Things sure have changed since the old days of Woody's Roundup television show. Nowadays, all rooms of the Disneyland Resort Hotels are outfitted with those newfangled "smart TVs," along with all their bells and whistles. You've got your common TV channels, Disney On Demand, hotel and theme park information, and more. You can even connect compatible applications on your personal mobile device to stream content from the Internet right to your hotel room TV. Oh boy! I bet Sheriff Woody looks mighty heroic while saving Bo Peep from Evil Doctor Porkchop when streamed on one of those TVs!The exact models of the television sets used in the Disneyland Resort Hotels are not publicized, and they are subject to change. They have consistently been hospitality-grade Samsung smart TVs during my most recent visits to the Disneyland Resort. I have received word from Cast Members at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa and Pixar Place Hotel that their rooms feature TVs with UHD resolution. A Cast Member at the Disneyland Hotel was unable to confirm the same for their TVs. But my recollection from visiting there last month was that the images on the TV are quite high quality. As Disney Vacation Club members, we especially appreciate the personalized "Welcome Home" message displayed for our family on the TV of our studio at The Villas at Disneyland Hotel.I hope that helps you get a picture of the television situation at the Disneyland Resort Hotels, Khatsho. As you continue to plan for a visit to the Disneyland Resort, I hope you'll stop by and visit us again here at planDisney.Have a magical time, Khatsho!~Tony
