Hey there, Sabrina! You're as welcome as can be here at planDisney!
Good for you getting an early start on your Walt Disney World Resort vacation! It looks like you'll be visiting the magic next summer, but I totally understand that you want to have everything buttoned down as soon as you can, so let's see if we can solve this mystery!
My family stayed at
Disney's Pop Century Resort over the 4th of July weekend, so I still have our last
MagicBand order showing up in our My Disney Experience account. I can see what you're talking about with the MagicBands appearing next to the profile pictures. So, let's try this: If you click on "MagicBands and Cards" in the
My Disney Experience menu, you can see every single MagicBand associated with family members and friends whose plans you manage. Just click on the arrow next to the profile picture of each person in your party, and it will open a list of all of the bands assigned to that Guest. If you see the MagicBands on that list and they're assigned to the correct person, you should be fine.
One more place to look! You should have received an email confirmation when you ordered your MagicBands, so you can also check to make sure they're all listed there. Again, pulling up the email from my last order, I can see a description of the band and the name engraved on each one, so I know they were ordered. You may just need to
link your bands to your account when you receive them. Also, there's a confirmation number on the email if you end up having to
call Guest Relations for assistance.
I hope one of these methods helps you confirm that your MagicBand order is good to go, but don't hesitate to get in touch with Guest Relations if you still have concerns. A Cast Member can get it all worked out, spit-spot!
Thank you so much for stopping by to see us, Sabrina. While you're making all those magical plans, I hope you'll come back again if you have any more questions. We're always here to help!
Keep Disney Dreaming,
Kathy K.
