Three chEARs! Your trip is so very nEAR! I love the option of Online Resort Check-In because I get to skip the front desk and head straight to my room once I get a text message telling me my room is ready!
Janet, first let’s go through the
Online Resort Check-In process together, and if that doesn’t work, we can discuss what else we can do to help! After logging onto your
My Disney Experience account, you will want to select My Reservations and locate your
Disney Resorts Collection hotel stay which should have “Start Check-In” underneath it. Upon selecting “Start Check-In,” you will be directed to fill out an email address along with a phone number you’d like for them to reach you at during your stay. This is great because they can send you a text message once your room is ready! You will then be directed to indicate an arrival time and then if whether you’d like to keep Housekeeping Services during your stay or decline it. After clicking Next, you can add a room location request should you need to. You will then link a credit card to your account and create a hotel account PIN. If everything looks good after reading the terms and conditions, go ahead and click on “I Agree” and select “Complete.”
If this isn’t working, I would encourage you to contact a Cast Member through the Chat function on the
Walt Disney World Resort website so they can look into your account with your permission. You can also call the Internet Help Desk at (407) 939-4357 and they'll be happy to work with you and get you all set for your magical vacation!
