Hiya, Asifa,
Welcome to planDisney! I am so sorry to hear that you are unable to modify your ticket through the
My Disney Experience app. But Hakuna Matata, friend. I have a few ideas and suggestions that should be able to help you add an extra magical day to your stay!
If your tickets are the
7 or 14-Day Magic Ticket, you will not be able to modify these tickets by adding an extra day. A separate one-day park ticket would be the way to go in this situation. These tickets can be purchased when you arrive in the United States. Pro tip: be sure to check the Disney Park Pass availability calendar before making your purchase.
Should your theme park tickets be
standard tickets purchased through the official United States-based Walt Disney World website, the tickets can be modified to be a total of up to ten days. If you need more than ten park days, a separate ticket purchase would be required.
Okay, on to tips and tricks for modifying theme park tickets that qualify for adding extra days! First, I recommend checking to see if your My Disney Experience app is in need of an update. If so, try modifying the tickets after the update has been performed. You can also reach out to a friendly Cast Member with
Disney Park Tickets by phone to make any eligible changes. Additionally, ticket changes can be made after you arrive at The Most Magical Place on Earth at any Guest Relations location. Just be sure to add the extra day before using the last day of your ticket. I recommend modifying your ticket on the first day, so you don't forget. A trip to Walt Disney World Resort is simply magical. It can be quite easy to forget your worries and leave all your cares behind, including making changes to park tickets!
I hope this information helps you secure the extra day and continue to plan the best trip ever!
We'll see ya real soon!
