    I am trying to change my email on the disney parks website, when i make the change it tells me website is having trouble and try again later. I have been trying to several days. I have tried in the app as well get the same error.

I love using the My Disney Experience mobile app while visiting the parks as it allows you to check wait times, make Disney Genie+ and Individual Lightning Lane selections, and even order food and purchase souvenirs!

    I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your My Disney Experience account, but thankfully there are a few things you can do to try and fix this issue. First, I would recommend ensuring that your mobile device has been updated to its latest version. Indeed, iOS devices require the iOS 13.0 version and above, while Android devices require Android 8.0 and above. If you are using an older version of the app or have not updated your device in a while, this can cause bugs and delays. Second, make sure that you use one of the website's supported browsers. Disney recommends using Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Safari when on your desktop. Whenever I experience issues with Google Chrome, I usually switch to Safari and vice versa. Similarly, you can also open the website on your mobile phone by using the Safari or Google Chrome apps. Lastly, if you are still experiencing issues changing your information, I would highly recommend contacting a Cast Member via chat, email or phone. Cast Members truly are real-life fairy godparents and will be able to sprinkle some pixie dust on your account for you.

    Now, once your account is all set up and ready to go, make sure to familiarize yourself with the new "My Genie Day" section on the My Disney Experience mobile app! You can find this section by clicking on the three lines at the bottom right of your screen. In the "Tip Board" tab, you will be able to use Disney Genie and purchase Disney Genie+ on the day of your visit. In the "My Day" tab, you will then be able to make your Disney Genie+ and Individual Lightning Lane selections. Trust me, having a Disney Genie by your side opens up a whole new world of possibilities!
