I'm sorry that you are having difficulty canceling your
Be Our Guest Restaurant dining reservation. It's really such a fun place to dine, but I understand plans and itineraries can change through the planning process. You should be able to cancel your dining reservation online through your
MyDisneyExperience account. Although since you've said you are having trouble doing it that way, I suggest calling 407-WDW-DINE and having a Cast Member assist you with canceling your reservation. The phone lines open up around 7:00 a.m. Mickey Mouse's time each day. I do suggest calling earlier rather than later to avoid longer wait times on hold. If you'd like to try one other option before calling, I find that doing things via the
MyDisneyExperience app rather than online is easier to navigate. You'll open your app and log in if prompted. You'll look for the Upcoming Plans section and you should see that dining reservation listed. If you click on "View Details" on that reservation you should see an option to cancel the reservation.
