Trying to cancel park reservation for part of my party, who cannot attend.

Hey there, Denise! Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney and I'd be happy to try to help you out.

I'm sorry to hear that some of your party can no longer take part in your upcoming visit. That's a real bummer! I'd be happy to help walk you through the steps to cancel your theme park ticket reservations for these Guests.

The first thing you will need to do is log in to your Disney account if you purchased these tickets on your account. Next, you will do is hover over the "My Disneyland" tab and click on "Ticket and Reservation Details". From there, click on "View My Park Reservations". This will take you to a page where you should see upcoming reservations for your tickets. Here you can cancel any of these reservations by clicking "Cancel Reservation" to the right of each reservation.

Now you will be able to make new theme park ticket reservations for these tickets for new dates. If you purchased these tickets this year, they should be valid until December 30, 2023.

I can see that you will be here just in time to see one of the last performances of some of the nighttime spectaculars that will be ending their limited-time run on September 1, 2022. Be sure to fit time in your schedule to get a chance to enjoy the Main Street Electrical Parade and "Disneyland Forever" fireworks spectacular.

Denise, I hope you have a wonderful time visiting The Happiest Place on Earth! See you real soon!
