The thing about making plans is that sometimes we need to change them - even magical vacation plans at the Walt Disney World Resort. That's why I love that you can be flexible when planning your visit. You can make changes faster than you can say "Mickey waffles"!
As long as you're at least 24 hours out, you can
cancel your dining reservation online via computer or on the
My Disney Experience mobile app on your phone. Let's step through it on the app first, since you can do that anywhere. Hop into the My Disney Experience app and click on the three little horizontal lines in the bottom right of your screen. On the next page, click on "My Plans," then scroll until you find the reservation you need to cancel. Click on the reservation, then on "Cancel," and that's it. You should receive an email confirmation that you've canceled the reservation as a double check.
To cancel your reservation on a computer, head over to the
Walt Disney World home page and click on the blue "Sign In or Create Account" prompt near the top of the page. When you've signed in, click on the "My Disney Experience" logo in the menu bar. Again, scroll down the page to the reservation you're looking for and click on "Cancel Reservation." And you're all set!
