Greetings, Cristina! Welcome to planDisney!
I'm so sorry you've been having trouble making a reservation to dine with the dinos at
T-Rex Cafe'. If you have a dinosaur enthusiast in your family, I know how important that prehistoric meal can be.
I stomped on over to the Walt Disney World website to check what might be available on your date, and I'm coming up empty, too, so it looks like reservations are booked for that day. There might be a couple of other options we can try, however. T-Rex Cafe' is one of several stores and restaurants at Disney Springs that are not owned by Disney, so you may find a different method of securing reservations. I can't link it here, but if you go to trexcafe.com and click on "Hours and Location," you'll find a number you can call to try and reach the restaurant directly.
Another possibility if reservations aren't available for this Sunday is to attempt to be seated on a walk-up basis. Try to arrive before the restaurant opens, then head to the podium and ask if they have any walk-up seating that day. It may be a fairly long wait if they're able to accommodate you, but you can always explore
Disney Springs while you wait!
Cristina, if they don't have walk-ups available, you'll want to have a back-up plan already in mind. I'm a big fan of
The BOATHOUSE, with its water views and tasty dishes. Plus, you can watch the Amphicars tool around in the lake after leaving their launch. It's always a sight to see!
I really hope you get a chance to have lunch with your Paleozoic pals, Cristina. Thank you so much for stopping by, and please come see us again if you have any more questions!
Keep Disney Dreaming,
Kathy K.
