I'm so sorry that you were having trouble purchasing tickets recently. I will say that your issue was not isolated and we saw many guests have had difficulty purchasing tickets in the last few weeks. It seems to be some technical issue on Disneyland's website. I am hoping that since it has been a few days since you wrote to us that you were able to get your tickets purchased since your arrival date is just days away! If you are still having issues getting through the purchasing process, I recommend calling
Guest Services to purchase your tickets over the phone. This is what a friend of mine did when we were trying to purchase Oogie Boogie Bash tickets two weeks ago and was getting the same error over and over again. I took a peek at the Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar and it looks like there is still availability at the time of me writing this so that's good news! Just make sure you get your theme park ticket reservations secured as soon as possible.
Once your tickets and reservations are set, don't forget to check out the
Entertainment Schedule. That will tell you all of the times and offerings for performances of the nighttime spectaculars. I also took a peek at the
dining reservation options and there is some availability for options throughout the parks and Downtown Disney District. If you are looking for something different for a mid-afternoon break, I love hopping over to Disney's Grand Californian Resort and Spa to enjoy some appetizers and drinks at
GCH Craftsman Bar. I also saw some availability for a few of the nighttime spectacular dining packages. This means you'll get a meal and a voucher for reserved viewing for one of the performances.
