I've also had a time or two where my transaction for a Disney purchase didn't immediately go through - most recently when I was trying to renew my
Disneyland Magic Key. Sometimes the problem is obvious (a missed information field) and sometimes it isn't, as was the case with my Magic Key renewal payment.
The first thing I would try is to double-check all information in your
MyDisney Account; paying particular attention to the billing address on file. After you've ensured the information is correct, make sure that during the checkout process, your phone or computer doesn't auto-populate any of the fields with mismatching information (i.e. the wrong expiration date for the credit card or wrong billing ZIP code). Leah, if you've tried both of those things and it's still not working, perhaps try waiting 24 hours. When I had issues with my Magic Key renewal transaction, I waited until the following day and the transaction went through. Sometimes the system needs time to reset!
