Trying to buy tickets to disneyland but it seems to say it’s sold out can i get some help and

    Welcome to planDisney, Gina.

I’m so glad you took the time to stop by with your question for us!

It’s been over a year since our beloved Disneyland Resort closed its gates due to the pandemic. I was so excited when I heard the announcement that Disneyland Resort theme parks will reopen on April 30, 2021. Even though we know when the theme parks will begin welcoming Guests, Disney has not released detailed information about new ticket sales, park reservations or detailed reopening guidelines just yet.

I’m sorry to hear you were having issues on Disneyland.com, but please rest assured that tickets are not sold out; instead, ticket sales are just temporarily paused. When you visited the Disneyland Resort website, you might have stumbled upon A Touch of Disney, a special ticketed event featuring sights, sounds, and flavors of Disneyland Resort. It runs from March 18 through April 19, 2021 and this experience was sold out within several hours of ticket sales.

With the theme parks’ reopening date being just “around the river bend”, I anticipate we will soon hear an official announcement soon. So that you don’t miss a thing, please be sure to stay up-to-date by checking Disneyland.com and Disney Parks Blog. Any official Disney Parks news will be found there as soon as they’re announced.

When we hear more about reopening guidelines, tickets sales and hotel reservations, please come back and visit us on planDisney for tips and advice, or if you have more questions for us. We’re always all EARS to help Guests plan their unforgettable trip to the “Happiest Place on Earth”!

    Have a magical day,
    Kiki

Meet the Panelist: Kiki, California

Greetings from Northern California! I have been fascinated by the magic of Disney since I was a little girl; now that I am a mother of two, I love watching my children experience Disney Parks through their own eyes. I am also surrounded by fellow Disney-loving nurse friends whom I enjoy quick adults-only Disneyland Resort escapes with. Whether you are planning your once-in-a-lifetime family trip or a short adults-only getaway to the Happiest Place on Earth, I am here to help!
