Hello, Jiten,
Oh, bother! I’m afraid
Experiment 626 (A.K.A. Stitch) may be causing more mayhem. I hope this is something that can be resolved as smoothly as possible for you soon.
If the credit card company says everything is clear, perhaps there is something amiss on the ticket purchase site. For example, I often find that I’ve inadvertently input something wrong like the card security code or a part of the billing address for the credit card. The ZIP code, in particular, needs to match the address found on credit statements. If everything is in
ship shape, you might try some typical technical tricks such as rebooting the device and/or logging out and logging back in. It may also be worth trying the
theme park ticket purchase online and on the
Disneyland mobile app.
Tony’s Tip: If all else fails, one last trick that I would suggest is to purchase a
Disney Gift Card. A Disney Gift Card
eGift purchased from shopDisney can be sent to your email inbox very quickly and then immediately used to make purchases on the Disneyland Resort website or in the Disneyland mobile app. If there is anything remaining on the gift card, an eGift purchased from shopDisney can even be added to your phone’s mobile wallet to be used for contactless payments during your visit to the Disneyland Resort.
I hope that helps get you one step closer to a visit to The Happiest Place on Earth, Jiten. Have a magical time!
