We are trying to buy and reserve tickets for June 27 the website will not let us and customer service says all agents busy is there a reason we can get them

    Hiya Bethany!

Welcome to planDisney! Thank you for sending this great Disneyland Resort vacation planning question our way!

Oh dear! I'm so sorry that you're having a bit of ticket trouble, Bethany. That is not very magical at all. I don't have the proper magic mirror to peek inside your My Disneyland Account to see what kind of tickets you're trying to purchase. But, I just tried playing around with purchasing Disneyland Resort Theme Park Admission Tickets myself for the same date, June 27, and so far everything is fine. There are Park Pass Reservations currently available as well as theme park tickets for sale. Sometimes these can be sold out one day, and then get magically replenished the next, so it never hurts to keep trying to find the park tickets that you want to be buying.

Are you trying to pay with a Disney Gift Card? There is a limit to how many cards you can use in one transaction. The good thing is that if you scroll down a bit on the homepage of the Disney Gift Card website, you'll find a link where you can combine gift card amounts, up to *$1000. Do note that neither gift card numbers nor their balances are stored in this system, so don't throw the cards away until you're back home and are for sure that you used them.

Try switching to the Disneyland Mobile App to buy your tickets there. If you're still having trouble, and you don't want to wait on hold, another option is to purchase Disneyland Tickets at a retailer near you; check the 'gift card mall' area of your grocery store, home improvement warehouse store, or even Target. You'll often find gift cards that instead of being for a dollar amount are actually redemption codes for specific kinds of theme park admission tickets. Once purchased, you'll log in to your My Disneyland Account to load your tickets and make your Park Pass Reservations like normal. Pro Tip: these cards might be for sale through the same retailer's online websites in more options than you can find in the store. Bonus Pro Tip: If you have a Target Red Card, these ticket gift cards count for the 5% savings!

I hope one of these pro tips helped to clEAR up your roadblock, Bethany! Be sure to write us back if you're still having issues, although fingers crossed all is clear now.
