Theme Park Tickets & Reservations system issue or perhaps a brief system update that got in the way of you completing your theme park ticket purchase at the time. I'm crossing my fingers for you that it was only a temporary issue for you.
If it happens that you're still seeing an issue with completing your ticket purchase, you might want to try purchasing your tickets through the
Disneyland Resort mobile app to see if that gives you a different result. You can use a
Disney Gift Card as a payment method in the mobile app as well.

reach out to the Disneyland Resort ticket services team at (714) 781-4636 and speak with a Cast Member for assistance.
