We are trying to buy annual passes online using the payment plan option. At checkout there is no option to use our Disney Gift Card....do we need to call to set it up through customer service or how do we go about using the gift card to make the purchase?

Hello Justin!  Welcome to the Disney parks Moms Panel.

As a non-Florida resident with a Walt Disney World Resort Annual Pass, I am jealous of the ability to pay in installments.  It's a mighty big shock when the credit card statement arrives after a purchase that large (and with the exchange rate to Canadian dollars).  While I have no personal experience with the Florida Resident Annual Passholder Payment Plan, I have made the appropriate inquiries on your behalf.

After speaking with a Cast Member at Passholder Payment Services, I was informed that the initial down payment for a Florida Resident Walt Disney World Annual Pass must be paid with a credit or debit card.  After the initial down payment, Guests can make changes to their payment information and pay using Disney Gift Cards by contacting the Passholder Payment Team at 1-888-701-4100.

Remember to celebrate Walt Disney World Resort's 45th Anniversary by taking advantage of the Special Dining Benefit of a 20% discount at select Walt Disney World Resort Dining Locations and merchandise locations.

I personally recommend making Advanced Dining Reservations at Tiffin's at Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park and Sanaa at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas - Kidani Village.

    Enjoy your Endlessly Magical experiences!
