I’m sorry you’re having difficulty completing your
Magic Key purchase, Roberta. I’m not sure which step of the transaction is problematic, but here are a few general troubleshooting tips that may help. I recommend checking that your internet connection is strong and updating your web browser to the most recent version available. If you are currently using Internet Explorer, it’s best to use another web browser so all the web pages on
disneyland.com can function properly. I also recommend rebooting the device you’re using before starting the process again. If possible, you may want to try purchasing your passes using a different device.
The good news is that as of this moment, all but one of the Magic Key pass types are still available for purchase! I was able to navigate to the Magic Key page, scroll down to the blue button that reads “Purchase Magic Key Passes,” and select the Inspire Key, Believe Key, or Enchant Key (the Imagine Key is currently available for renewal only) to add to my cart. However, if you continue to experience issues, you can call the Disneyland Resort's website support line at (714) 520-6222 to receive live assistance from a Cast Member.
